Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms of Use") carefully, as by accessing this site you are agreeing to abide by all of the conditions set out below. The Company reserves the right to modify, alter or update these Terms of Use at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations and updates. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please discontinue using this website immediately.

All materials, including illustrations, photographs, products, images, artwork, designs, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio and video clips and software (collectively, "Content") appearing on this website are owned or controlled by the Company and/or its subsidiaries, affiliates and content suppliers and are protected by worldwide design, trademark, trade dress, copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Content of this website, and the website as a whole, are intended solely for personal use by the users of this website. Franchise Ownership & Rights

Rights are season-based and revocable.
Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate a franchise in case of:
Payment default
Misconduct
Brand reputation damage

Team Registration & Financial Obligations

Registration fee is non-refundable.
Franchise payments must follow strict timelines (advance mandatory).
Delay may result in:
Financial penalties
Cancellation of team ownership

Player Eligibility & Registration

Participation in the Haryana Cricket Premier League (HCPL) is subject to strict eligibility and registration requirements:

Eligibility Criteria

Under-16 Category:

Players must be born on or after 1 January 2010.
Parent/Guardian consent is mandatory during trials.

Open Category:

Age doesn't matter — anyone can register.
One Veteran player (Age 50+) is compulsory in every playing squad.

General Conditions:

Player must be an Indian citizen.
Player must NOT have represented at any State level, National Level, U-17 and U-19 cricket teams in the last 10 years.

Any false declaration regarding age, identity, or playing history will lead to:

Immediate disqualification.
Permanent ban from HCPL.

Restrictions:

Match-fixing = lifetime ban
Public statements against league = penalty
Injury disclosure is mandatory

Match Operations & Rules

Match format is T20.
Playing XI and substitution/Impact rules applicable.

Authority:

Umpire decisions are final and binding.
Third umpire may be used (if applicable).

Unforeseen Situations:

Rain: DLS method (if applicable).
Match abandonment: points split or reschedule.

Code of Conduct & Discipline

Rules:

Abuse or excessive sledging → penalty.
Physical fights → immediate suspension.
Social media misconduct → disciplinary action.

Each category shall be governed by specific rights, deliverables, and commercial terms as agreed separately.

2. Grant of Rights

The Organizer grants the Sponsor a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use HCPL branding for promotional purposes and display logos across agreed platforms (jersey, ground, digital, etc.).
All rights are category-specific and time-bound (season-based unless extended).
No ownership or permanent rights are transferred to any sponsor.

3. Branding & Visibility

Sponsor branding placed as per sponsorship category hierarchy.
Placement may include: Jerseys, Ground signage, Digital media (social media, website, streaming), Event backdrops.
Final placement decisions remain with the Organizer.

4. Payment Terms

Sponsorship fees must be paid as per agreed schedule.
Delay in payment may result in suspension of branding rights or termination of sponsorship.
All payments are non-refundable.

5. Category-Specific Rights

Title Sponsor → Highest visibility, naming rights
Powered By → Secondary branding priority
Co / Associate Sponsors → Mid-level visibility
Team Sponsors → Limited to specific team branding
Local Sponsors → Region-specific exposure
Match Sponsors → Per match branding
Awards Sponsors → Linked to trophies/prizes
Official / Ground / Digital Partners → Functional or platform-based rights

6. Code of Conduct & Brand Protection

Sponsors must not engage in activities harming HCPL reputation or misrepresent association.
Organizer reserves right to remove branding or terminate agreement.

7. Term & Termination

Sponsorship is valid for the defined duration (Season).
Organizer may terminate for payment default, breach of agreement, or brand misuse.
Sponsor may terminate only under material breach by Organizer.

Prize Money & Awards

Prize money is awarded only upon successful completion of the league.
Subject to applicable taxes.
Disqualification results in forfeiture.

Medical & Safety

Basic on-field medical support (including physio) will be provided.
Participation is at the player's own risk.
Insurance is not mandatory but recommended.

Liability & Indemnity

Organizer is not liable for: Injuries, Theft, Personal damages.
Participants agree to indemnify the organizer against legal claims.

Anti-Corruption & Betting Clause

Strictly Prohibited:

Match-fixing
Spot-fixing
Illegal betting

Consequences:

Lifetime ban
Legal action

Termination & Cancellation

Organizer Rights — Cancel or postpone the league due to:

Low participation
Government restrictions
Financial issues

Force Majeure

Includes:

Natural disasters
Pandemic
Government orders

Effect: Event may be delayed or cancelled. No liability on organizer in such cases.

Registration Terms

All participants must complete online registration through official HCPL platforms.
Players must submit documents at the time of Trials:
Government ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN etc.)
Date of Birth verification
Contact details
Registration will only be considered valid after successful form submission.
The Company reserves the right to reject any registration at any time without explanation if irregularities are found, and to verify documents at any stage.
Failure to appear at trials on scheduled time may result in disqualification without refund.

Contributed Content

Remains the sole property of ARK NextGen Sports Pvt Ltd. Sponsors may use HCPL branding only for agreed promotional purposes.

Unauthorized usage will lead to legal action.

Media, Digital & Content Rights

All photos, videos, match footage, and digital content are owned by HCPL.

Sponsors may use content only with prior approval.
Digital Partners may receive additional rights as per agreement.

Ownership Of Intellectual Property (Website)

All trademarks, service marks and trade names on this website are proprietary to ARK NextGen Sports Pvt Ltd unless otherwise stated. No use of these may be made for any purpose whatsoever without prior written authorization.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, affiliates and assigns against all costs, damages, loss and harm including litigation costs arising from misuse of intellectual property.

Warranty And Liability Disclaimer

This website and the Content herein is provided by the Company on an "as is", "as available" basis and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, performance or fitness for a particular purpose of this website.

Accuracy Of Information

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and the courts of Gurgaon / Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

HCPL reserves the right to modify sponsorship structure or rules at any time.
Updated terms shall be binding on all participants and sponsors.
